Accreditation guidelines
Stillvacation.com meets Accreditation guidelines standard, which include a commitment to doing well to resolve every consumer complaint. Accredited Businesses pay fees for accreditation review / services and to support the public. Accreditation does not mean that a business product or service has been evaluated or endorsed by Stillvacation.com, or that it has determined product quality or the competence of the business in performing the service.
Not every business is eligible for Accreditation guidelines standard. Businesses must meet, commit and maintain Accreditation Standards (Accreditation Standards) in order to qualify and maintain Accreditation. The stillvacation.com Accreditation Standard represents good advertising, sales and customer service practices that enhance customers’ trust and confidence in the business. This Code is based on Stillvacation.com’s standards for Trust, eight principles that encapsulate the essential elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.
To be eligible for Accreditation, a business must complete an Accreditation application.
After receiving a complete Accreditation Application, Stillvacation staff:
– Review the application
– Researching the business and its principals
– Verifying the information presented in the application
– May ask for additional information
– Can request proof of specific information on the application
– After the review and verification process, BBB will evaluate whether
business meets the stillvacation.com Accreditation Standard (Accreditation
Standard)
After stillvacation.com has completed its evaluation, the application for BBB Accreditation is either approved or rejected. If an applicant is found to comply with the stillvacation.com Accreditation Standards, it will be submitted to the stillvacation.com Board of Directors, or a committee of that board, for final approval. If the application is rejected, stillvacation.com will contact the applicant, indicating the stillvacation.com Standard, which was not met and any recourse available to the applicant.

2) Advertise Honestly
Adhere to established advertising and sales standards.
3) Tell the Truth
Represent products and services honestly, including clear and adequate disclosure of all material requirements.
4) Transparent
Openly identify the nature, location and ownership of the business, and clearly disclose all policies, warranties and procedures that affect the customer’s decision to buy.
5) Promise of Honor
Obey all written agreements and verbal representations.
6) Be Responsive
Deal with market disputes quickly, professionally and in good faith.
7) Maintain Privacy
Protect any data collected from mishandling and fraud, collect personal information only when necessary, and respect customer preferences regarding the use of their information.
8) Creating Integrity
Approach all business dealings, market transactions and commitments with integrity.
