Important Notice for Businesses Entering the Vendor Platform

Adhering to the principles of transparency, openness, and cooperation for mutual benefit, Group is committed to establishing long-term, sustainable relationships with our partners. Any vendor committed to the development of the travel industry is welcomed to apply and join us.

1. Group has not authorized any organization to act as an agent for vendor services. The platform entry application process and related fee schedules are subject to the information stated on the Group Tours & Tickets Vendor Platform.

2. Group reserves the right to decline vendor applications based on factors including (but not limited to) products, resource requirements, condition of company operations, and service standards. Group also reserves the right to request other documentation of credentials at any given time during the application and operational stages.

3. Group may update the platform entry standards from time to time in accordance with industry developments and relevant national regulations. If the standards are revised, merchants will be expected to meet the new standards.

4. Vendors applying must provide truthful documentation and information, as well as ensure the authenticity, completeness, and validity of the relevent credentials and information provided during the application and operational stages. Should false credentials or information be discovered, Group will cease all cooperation with the vendor and reserve the right to respond in accordance to Group regulations, as well as the relevant agreements signed with vendor.
